"Lytle-Bamett 2018 Blanc de Noirs Sparkling Pinot Noir (Eola:-Amity Hills). Ripe Red Anjou pears and raspberries on the nose, along with spring-like floral notes of lavender and lilac. Flavors such as tonic water, lemon peel, brioche and strawberries are braced by brisk acidity and a crisp mouthfeel. This traditional method 100% Pinot Noir was disgorged in spring of 2022.
